Return and Exchange
PreenPets has a 30-day full money back, 100% satisfaction guarantee.
As part of our goal to be the most convenient way to make purchases, PreenPets accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased on preenpets.com via phone and e-mail.
You can return or exchange your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products that you return or exchange must be in the condition that it was received and include all packaging material and in the original box.
PreenPets does not guarantee wear and tear or any damages unrelated to the manufacture.
Whether you are making a return or an exchange, PreenPets will:
1. Credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment.
2. For exchange, charge the same credit card for the purchase total.
Please allow 8-15 days following receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive. We will send you an order confirmation email for your exchange order as soon as it is placed.
As always, PreenPets.com will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.
Please follow the below steps for a full refund or an exchange.
Place returning items and the complete return form back in the original package.
A. Please include all original packing materials.
B. Remove all other address references from outer packaging which ensures proper delivery to the location on the return shipping label.

PreenPets.com ships orders within 1-5 business days of receipt, but timing can vary by product. Orders consisting of more than one brand will likely arrive in multiple days due to varied shipping locations and processing time.
Payment Options
PreenPets.com customers may purchase products by credit card.
Payments by credit card: PreenPets.com accepts major credit cards. Simply fill your shopping cart with your products of choice, click checkout and provide your payment information as requested.

Order Tracking
If you provide a valid email address, when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:
1. An email with the subject “PreenPets.com order confirmation” which confirms your order, and should arrives shortly after you place your order.
2. An email with the subject “PreenPets.com order shipment confirmation” which confirms the shipment of individual items within your order are processing for shipment.
You will receive a separate shipment confirmation for each items ordered. Each containing an “order tracking number” for the item it references (can be the same tracking number).
Subscriptions
Starting a subscription with Preen Pets automatically accepts the cancellation policy requiring a minimum of 2 recurring payments in addition to the initial order placed to gain access to cancel your subscription. Products shipped as part of a subscription before this period can exchange the order for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products shipped as part of a subscription after this period follow the regular return & exchange guidelines. Products that you return or exchange must be in the condition that it was received and include all packaging material and in the original box. Prices are reserved for the length of the subscription plan purchased; maximum 12 months from initial subscription start date.
