As part of our goal to be the most convenient way to make purchases, PreenPets accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased on preenpets.com via e-mail and phone.

You can return or exchange your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products that you return or exchange must be in the condition that it was received and include all packaging material and in the original box.

If you'd like to cancel your order before it's been shipped, and cannot be done via website, please contact us asap. 

 

Products shipped as part of a subscription follow the regular return & exchange guidelines. Prices are reserved for the length of the subscription plan purchased; maximum 12 months from initial subscription start date.
